At Novara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
